Coaching sessions are your opportunity to discover who you are, who you want to be, and create a blueprint for becoming HER (Healthy-Empowered-Resilient). You are in the driver seat of your life, and our partnership will educate, equip and empower you to see the blind spots. Blind spots are the barriers that prolong or keep you from the life, love, and career fulfillment that you desire and deserve.
Your time, schedule, and responsibilities are valuable. Coaching sessions are scheduled, planned, and uniquely tailored to maximize your outcomes. Prior to each coaching session, an outline is provided in preparation for the conversation. After each meeting, you will receive an outline of your unique coaching design.
A partnership with a coach is not an easy decision to make. The right time, with the right person and the right process is very important to your success. Helping you lead and succeed in life, career and relationships is my mission. In order to determine if mental fitness coaching is right for you, a complimentary 15-minute consultation is included. It gives us an opportunity to ensure that the package and the partnership is a good fit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Therapy is a long-term process in which the client works with a licensed healthcare professional or therapist to diagnose and treat a mental illness, problematic behaviors patterns, thought processes, personality disorders, relationship issues, and emotions. Therapy focuses on healing, the subconscious mind, deep understanding of historical experiences, and managing the impact of past traumas and issues.
A life coach is not usually a licensed healthcare professional, but may have certifications or life experiences that qualify their ability to provide the service. A life coach provides a present and future focused partnership, goal clarity, the identification of obstacles, and action planning to achieve desired outcomes. A life coach does not diagnose or treat mental illness.
Life coaching does not treat any physical or mental illness, so is usually not covered by health insurance.
Mental Fitness Coaching is the only service provided. Although you will benefit from the expertise and insights of an experienced and licensed therapist, no form of therapy services will be offered.

Scheduled appointments need to be cancelled at least 24-hours in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by canceling/rescheduling through the scheduling link's email confirmation. If your appointment is missed/cancelled without a 24-hour notice, the client will forfeit that meeting, and NO REFUND will be granted.
Mental fitness coaching is training for your mind. It's a focused process of conditioning your mind in the areas of mental strength, mental endurance, mental health, emotional balance, and emotional flexibility. Life is your training ground. The Mental Fitness Coach partners with you to strengthen your mental and emotional abilities, as you face the stressors, challenges, and uncertainties of your life.
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic crisis, coaching services will be provided via a Zoom video conference or telephone only. Once your appointment day and time is confirmed, you will receive a Zoom invite with a link, call in numbers, meeting ID and password.
You are not broken, so no fixing is provided or required. You are a Powerful Woman, in need of powerful methods, that lead to powerful changes. Mental fitness coaching does not fix; it educates, equips and empowers you to rise above your challenges and make necessary changes to become the best version of you. I can give you the tools, but it is up to you to use them to create and manifest the outcomes that you seek.
I offer a complimentary 30-minute Getting Started Consultation, to ensure that working together is a good fit. I'll only offer to work with you beyond that starter conversation, if I am confident you will benefit from our time together.
