This 4-week group coaching session will educate you on the power of embracing a self-care rich lifestyle. It will also equip you with tools to lower stress and boost mental resilience.

Throughout the four weeks, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive live coaching, expand how you think about self-care and mental well-being, actively practice stress reducing strategies, and interact with other ambitious women.

Jumpstart HER Mind

One Session

Jumpstart HER Mind is a one-on-one coaching add on for women who have completed a group coaching series. You will receive a 90-minute empowerment infused conversation. It will give you an electric boost to your mental and emotional strength, clarity about your vision, and steps to start making powerful decisions.

This solution-focused investment is exclusively for those ready to take their minds and their lives to the next level. One call is all it takes for many women to be reminded of their strengths, and how to use them effectively to improve their mood, attitude, confidence or circumstances.

This is not a “get fixed quick” scheme. It’s an add-on bonus conversation with a laser focused purpose. That purpose is to get you back on track and moving efficiently forward in your life, career, or relationships.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy is a long-term process in which the client works with a licensed healthcare professional or therapist to diagnose and treat a mental illness, problematic behaviors patterns, thought processes, personality disorders, relationship issues, and emotions. Therapy focuses on healing, the subconscious mind, deep understanding of historical experiences, and managing the impact of past traumas and issues.

A life coach is not usually a licensed healthcare professional, but may have certifications or life experiences that qualify their ability to provide the service. A life coach provides a present and future focused partnership, goal clarity, the identification of obstacles, and action planning to achieve desired outcomes. A life coach does not diagnose or treat mental illness.

Is life coaching services covered by my health insurance?

Life coaching does not treat any physical or mental illness, so is usually not covered by health insurance.

Since you are a licensed professional counselor, can I receive therapy and coaching services from you?

Mental fitness coaching, workshops, and professional speaking are the only services provided. Although you will benefit from the expertise and insights of an experienced and licensed counselor, no form of therapy services, diagnosis, clinical advice or assessments will be offered or provided.

If you are in need of clinical therapy services, please research licensed mental health providers in your state or request a referral.

What if I need to cancel my coaching session?

Scheduled appointments need to be cancelled at least 24-hours in advance by emailing or by canceling/rescheduling through the scheduling link’s email confirmation. If your appointment is missed/cancelled without a 24-hour notice, the client will forfeit that meeting, and NO REFUND will be granted.

What is mental fitness coaching exactly?

Mental fitness coaching is training for your mind. It’s a focused process of conditioning your mind in the areas of mental strength, mental endurance, mental health, emotional balance, and emotional flexibility. Life is your training ground. The Mental Fitness Coach partners with you to strengthen your mental and emotional abilities, as you face the stressors, challenges, and uncertainties of your life.

Can we meet face to face?

Group coaching services are provided via a Zoom video conference only. Once you are registered, you will receive a Zoom invite with a link, call in numbers, meeting ID and password.

If you are registered, and don’t receive this information within 24-hours of the start of the group coaching program, email promptly.

After our meetings, will I be fixed?

You are not broken, so no fixing is provided or required. You are a Powerful Woman, in need of powerful methods, that lead to powerful changes. Mental fitness coaching does not fix; it educates, equips and empowers you to rise above your challenges and make necessary changes to become the best version of you. I can give you the tools, but it is up to you to use them to create and manifest the outcomes that you seek.

What if we are not a good fit?

Alicia offers a complimentary 15-minute Consultation when requested, to ensure that working together is a good fit. She will only offer to work with you beyond that starter conversation, if she’s confident you will benefit from a group coaching program.
